- Check-in: lockbox codes, smart lock steps, or gate instructions.
- House rules: checkout times, pet policy, smoking rules, spelled out, not implied.
Training the AI isn't just data entry, it's protecting your hospitality brand. It studies how you write and matches your tone. That consistency holds during a slammed weekend, a booking surge, or a holiday, so the quality of a guest's answer stops depending on who happens to be holding the phone.
Editing, uploads, and escalations
Every memory shows exactly where it came from. Edit anything directly and the change is logged as a source. Upload a welcome guide, an appliance manual, even a photo, and the AI turns it into a usable topic on its own. Update a rule and it switches to the latest version automatically.
Memories aren't just text either. Attach a file to one, like a house rules PDF, and the AI sends it back automatically whenever that memory answers a guest's question, no manual attaching required.
If the AI can't find an answer in memory, it doesn't improvise, it escalates to you. Answer once and it's saved for next time.
Your AI mode still applies
The more you host, the sharper it gets: an edge case you handled once becomes a memory it recalls the next time it comes up. And AI Memory follows the AI mode you set per property. On Autopilot it applies automatically to every reply. On Copilot it's used to draft answers for your review. On Off, nothing changes without you.
