Most hosts handle international guests one of two ways: clumsy copy-paste translations, or replies in English and a silent hope the guest understands. Apart from just text-based translations, we also support multi-lingual documents for check-in instructions and Guest Guidebooks.

Your team can configure different preferred languages

Each user can set their preferred language in Settings > Language. This way, if you have an international team, each team member can read messages from all channels (Email, Whatsapp, Airbnb) in their preferred language , while the guest keeps seeing everything in theirs.
