Most hosts build a media library over time. Check-in instructions, entrance photos, house rules, WiFi sheets. The problem has always been the last step: getting the right file to the right guest at the right moment, without doing it manually every time.

Supahost's AI can now handle that step. Upload your files once to the shared media library, and the AI sends them automatically, in the guest's language, as part of the conversation.
Setting it up
Go to AI Settings > Media section. Upload your PDFs and images to the shared library. Your Messaging Autopilot will pick up what is available and know when to use it. You can also add Media items to existing AI Memories. This way, if the AI Agent uses a memory to respond to a guest, it may choose to attach media to its response.
The library supports check-in PDFs, entrance photos, house rules, WiFi sheets, local guides, and checkout instructions. Files are shared across all your properties, so you upload once and everything stays in sync.
How the AI decides what to send
Just by adding media to your library and your AI Memories, your Agent will be able to auto-send or suggest media files to answer guest questions as a human would. A question about getting in surfaces the check-in PDF. A mid-stay WiFi question can pull the WiFi QR code for your guest to scan.
Multi-Modal Check-In Instructions
The most common message by far to have media attached to it is the check-in instructions. This may be a video, a PDF or a series of images of how to access your property. Now imagine a guest who only speaks German. If a guest writes in German, the AI Agent not only replies in German but may also send a document in German.
For our properties in Vienna for example, we often have Turkish-speaking guests. Before, our team had to manually upload Turkish instructions in those cases, whereas now the AI Agent can choose in which language to send your media.
Your AI mode still applies
Media sending follows the AI Settings you have set per property. On Autopilot it sends automatically. On Copilot Mode it drafts the message with the attachment and waits for your tap. On Off, nothing goes without you.
